Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Antioch (TN) to deliver a personalized shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. You will represent Ralph Lauren brand standards and collaborate with a team to create a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor.

You will engage customers, build relationships, and participate in daily activities from merchandising to clienteling. Flexibility to work various shifts and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required to support store

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfortable working across sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, and cashwrap.
