Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix (part of Universal Health Services) seeks a Behavioral Health Technician for a full-time daytime shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm. The BHT collaborates with the treatment team to provide continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling for adults in recovery.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 21+ years old, and required certifications (BLS, First Aid, Handle With Care) within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age to be a BHT.
• BLS and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Handle With Care training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling as part of the treatment team.
• Work under direction of Milieu Manager, RN Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing.
• Support recovery-oriented activities and engage patients in treatment plans.
