Universal Health Services, Inc. (Calvary Healing Center) in Phoenix seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for a full-time daytime role supporting adults in addiction treatment across our center.

The BHT provides direct patient care, supervision, and role modeling under experienced nursing leadership. The position offers a daytime shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm, a collaborative care environment, and opportunities for career development within the UHS network, including onsite detox, PHP, IOP,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of psychiatric/inpatient behavioral health experience.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current BLS & First Aid certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care and supervision as part of the treatment team.
• Support Milieu Manager, RN Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing in daily operations.
• Model positive behavior and guide patients through activities.
