Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail, service, payroll, omni-channel.
• Identify underperforming metrics and develop improvement strategies leveraging company programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings in a timely manner.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive guest service and sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty’s attendance policy.
• Develop and coach associates through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
