Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on delivering top-line growth, exceptional guest experiences, and strong operational execution across all categories. You will drive performance through people, process and program initiatives, with accountability for NPS, attendance, and profitability while mentoring a diverse team and coordinating events

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar
• Experience driving top-line sales and analyzing reporting data
• Proven ability to develop talent and manage staff
• Strong leadership and fiscal management capabilities

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Lead makeup and beauty service demos to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Plan, schedule and execute in-store events to drive traffic and partner collaborations.
• Coach, train and evaluate team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Monitor operations, inventory, and compliance with store policies.
• Communicate performance insights and opportunities to field leadership.
