Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams, training, and delivering sales results.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and applying programs to improve sales.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and partnerships.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Provide makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
