Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers, delivering top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee store operations, personnel development, and adherence to company standards, while driving accountability and coaching for performance.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and execute events to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or similar role.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals including sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing improvement strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to improve guest experience and sales.
• Supervise makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Train and coach staff; provide feedback and development plans.
