The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring a full-time Banquet Server for Three Leaf Catering on the Notre Dame campus to support hospitality operations during events and functions.

You will serve food, pour beverages, assist guests, and follow Morris Inn service standards, requiring excellent communication, time management, and stamina while standing for extended periods. Location: ND, IN.

Formación

• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time).
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare table service for functions as per direction of the Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server.
• Follow written specifications provided by the events department.
• Participate in equipment removal following meal service.
• Professionally serve banquet functions; serving food, pouring beverages, and handling special requests of guests.
• Follow established guidelines for the safe handling of food.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and in good working condition.
