Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in asphalt.
• Daily travel to PG County and Anne Arundel County.
• Willingness to learn heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to follow project plans and safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist asphalt crew with loading/unloading materials.
• Perform site preparation and cleanup.
• Support paver, roller, and lute operators.
• Hand-grade and rake asphalt under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain tools and work areas.
