Job summary

Amrize, a leading supplier of construction materials in the United States, has immediate openings for a General Laborer in our Asphalt division. You will support paving operations, assist with material handling, and help maintain clean work sites across PG County and Anne Arundel County.

We seek reliable, hardworking individuals with a high school diploma and willingness to learn heavy equipment operation. Daily travel to job sites and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to follow instructions, project plans, and safety procedures.
• Experience in asphalt or general labor is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist asphalt crew with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
• Perform site preparation, cleanup, and support for paving operations.
• Help with hand-grading, raking, and other tasks as directed.
• Support paver, roller, and lute operators to ensure quality asphalt placement.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow safety routines and wear Amrize-approved PPE.
