In this full-time role, you’ll support providers, coordinate breaks, restock supplies, maintain documentation, and assist front desk as needed, all while upholding dignity and exceptional care for every patient.

Qualifications

• Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.

• Friday and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio with full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to prevent schedule stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies before they run out.
• Maintain patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Uphold patient dignity and ensure exceptional care.
• Support front desk tasks and assist as needed; take on special projects.
