Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings, under supervision. You will collect data on goals and work with a BCBA to implement plans, while supporting families with progress updates and strategies.

The role emphasizes flexible, part-time hours with after-school and weekend availability, and requires a high school diploma with relevant coursework. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
