Kapitus, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. You will design and develop software for internal customers, focusing on Python and Flask, and build backend services connected to AWS.

You will help shape the architecture and engineering practices for a new platform while integrating with legacy systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on the product roadmap in an Agile/Scrum environment and mentor junior developers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Python development with Flask experience preferred.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS and DynamoDB.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years building or maintaining deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Strong coding standards and readable, well-documented code.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop software for internal customers from the ground up.
• Define architecture, patterns, and engineering practices for a new platform.
• Develop backend services primarily in Python with Flask.
• Build and integrate solutions using AWS services and managed components.
• Maintain deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with product roadmap in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Mentor junior developers on Python and engineering practices.
