Kapitus, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to design and build backend services in Python with Flask, integrating AWS components like Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB. You will contribute to deployment pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, and mentor junior developers.

You will work with the team to deliver scalable software for internal users and lenders, ensuring code quality and maintainability while supporting rapid product delivery.

Qualificações

• Strong Python development experience (5+ years) with Flask preferred.
• Hands-on AWS services experience (Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB).
• 2+ years Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
• 3+ years building/deploying CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in writing readable, documented, maintainable code.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and engineering patterns for a new platform, integrating with legacy apps.
• Develop backend services primarily in Python using Flask.
• Build and integrate solutions with AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB).
• Maintain deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with product roadmap in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Mentor junior developers in Python and practices.
