Job summary

Empower Pharmacy, a leading 503A/503B healthcare technology company, seeks a Software Engineer - Full Stack to drive scalable platforms. You will own end-to-end development across modern web frontends, APIs, microservices, and data layers, leveraging AI to boost speed, quality, and reliability in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years backend development with C#/.NET Core or equivalent.
• Experience building headless web apps via REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with HL7/HIPAA is a plus; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end applications across frontends, APIs, microservices, and data layers.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs with AI-driven monitoring and performance tuning.
• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with IaC and AI-driven cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor peers in engineering best practices.
