Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is a mission-driven healthcare company building scalable, compliant software for a rapidly growing, regulated healthcare platform. You will own end-to-end development across frontends, APIs, and data layers, delivering secure, high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate with product, data, and operations, leverage AI-assisted tooling for faster delivery, and navigate a 503A/503B environment while advancing digital transformation across our enterprise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in backend development with C# and .NET Core.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience building headless apps using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HL7/HIPAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end applications using C#, Python, TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices, with AI-assisted tooling.
• Engineer cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure with IaC.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Terraform automation.
