Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in regulated industries with auditability and compliance.
• Strong backend and distributed systems knowledge.
• Ability to mentor juniors and drive technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and Enterprise Integration: design backend systems for pharmacy operations, using AI to model dependencies.
• Governance Standards: apply architectural standards and participate in design reviews to reduce systemic risk.
• Platform Interoperability: implement integrations with internal services and external regulatory systems.
• System Performance and Reliability: build high-throughput, low-latency systems and apply AI-assisted capacity planning.
• Engineering Leadership and Enablement: mentor engineers and contribute to CI/CD and platform tooling.
