Empower Pharmacy seeks a senior product leader to drive enterprise pharmacy-focused digital platforms, owning vision, roadmap, and execution across mobile, web, and API ecosystems. Qualifications

• 12+ years leading technical products in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Vision ownership: define and drive long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap within regulatory constraints.
• Roadmap execution: prioritize initiatives and ensure disciplined delivery against commitments.
• Value realization: establish metrics tied to business impact, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Architecture alignment: work with engineering to define scalable, secure designs.
• AI integration: drive AI across capabilities to enhance decision-making and automation.
• Platform modernization: promote modern tech across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Stakeholder alignment: influence executives and align cross-functional teams.
• Program leadership: lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and remove obstacles.
