Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a full-stack engineer to build and enhance the Experimentation Platform used by thousands of internal users. You will work across backend services, SDKs, and the Decision Portal UI, collaborating with product engineers, data scientists, and infra engineers to deliver impactful experiments and analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
• 2+ years building web apps end-to-end using TypeScript with React on frontend.
• Strong CS fundamentals and OO design.
• Deep understanding of REST/gRPC and backend APIs.
• Experience with database tech and storage strategies.
• Backend experience in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Experience with testing across frontend and backend.
• Product-minded approach to building platform services.
• Familiar with AI coding tools across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from APIs and data models to the React UI in the Decision Portal.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Infrastructure to build workflow tools and analytics visualizations.
• Introduce cutting-edge technologies, including LLM-powered tools, into experiments configuration and launches.
• Evolve the platform for new statistical methodologies and AI techniques.
• Work across backend, frontend, and data teams to design scalable, robust services.
