AgileEngine is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to design and maintain features for a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive data in an Agile environment.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of professional full-stack experience, strong frontend or backend

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) is preferred.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
