Job summary

Capsa in New York is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the full demand-gen pipeline for B2B SaaS aimed at private capital and PE audiences. You will manage paid, owned, social, and events, collaborating directly with the CEO and CRO to shape positioning and narrative.

As one of the first marketing hires, you’ll build the systems, cadence, and channel mix from scratch, scale as the team and budget grow, and drive measurable pipeline across multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Several years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation or growth marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech startup.
• Hands-on HubSpot ownership and toolkit usage (workflows, scoring, attribution).

Responsibilities

• Full-funnel demand generation: plan, build, ship, and own the pipeline.
• Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, social, and events.
• Collaborate with CEO and CRO on positioning and narrative; align with Sales and senior marketing team.
