Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to craft full-stack analytics from clinical data sources, delivering reports and dashboards to improve clinical product efficacy. You will enrich data, define new products, and support sales tools in an agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of software development experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau. Healthcare data exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional)
• Python experience is required
• SSIS experience is preferred
• Airflow experience is desired
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from multiple systems (EMR, PMS, PDS)
• Providing reports and dashboards to help practices and pharmaceutical companies drive efficacy
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytic offerings
• Developing and defining new products to enable manufacturers’ data initiatives
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools to provide feasibility requests to manufacturers
• Daily operations and support
