Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Palo Alto to build and ship production-grade web applications, backend services, and AI-powered tooling across the stack. You will partner closely with scientists, designers and infrastructure specialists, owning features from idea through release.

As an early engineer, you will shape system design for growth, drive quality through testing and CI/CD, and create reusable tooling for AI-enabled workflows in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or STEM from a top-tier university.
• Strong Python and TypeScript programming skills.
• Experience building agent systems or AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade web applications and backend services.
• Take features from idea through prototype, release and improvement driven by feedback.
• Design scalable architectures to handle growth in load and usage.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers and infrastructure partners to balance product goals with feasibility.
• Establish testing, CI/CD and release practices to maintain quality.
• Create tooling that enables engineers to work with AI-powered systems more easily.
