raydar is seeking a Founding Software Engineer in San Francisco to build core product features and AI-enabled components. You will own end-to-end development, from data layer to UI, and shape onboarding while working closely with leadership and users.

You should have 4+ years of software engineering, strong Python and React skills, AWS experience, and a track record with AI-powered systems in production. On-site with occasional remote days in SF.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and React.
• Experience deploying on AWS.
• Shipped an LLM-powered or agent-style system to production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new product capabilities from data layer to UI.
• Create and refine AI-powered agent functionality within the product.
• Redesign and own central product areas like onboarding.
• Support customers by email, chat and live calls, troubleshooting issues.
• Help establish how the team plans and ships work.
