• Eight or more years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in computer science or engineering.
• Truly AI-native development experience.
• Proven record leading a product pillar or large infrastructure project.
• Full-stack production experience with React/Next.js and Python/Node.js, Postgres and background job systems, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Clear, specific reason for wanting an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Own large parts of the AI platform end to end as an AI-native, full-stack generalist.
• Build hands-on across the full stack from frontend to database migrations using AI agents to write and review code.
• Own major product areas end to end, such as the agent that builds investment-grade presentations and memos for finance teams.
• Write technical design docs and review other engineers' designs and code.
• Raise the bar on architecture, code quality, and engineering practice across the team.
• Collaborate directly with customers, sales, customer success and product to ship features.
