Raydar is looking for a versatile full-stack software engineer to deliver features across front-end and back-end, including AI-enabled components, within a small engineering team. Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of full-time software engineering experience after graduation.
• Background in full-stack product engineering, not infrastructure or CI/CD work alone.
• Experience shipping AI features to production, such as language model or agent-based workflows.
• Experience building user-facing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with a modern TypeScript web and service stack (React/Node.js).
• Experience at a technology firm or fast-growing company with strict engineering standards.
• Computer science degree from a strong program.
• Experience working directly with end users or business teams to understand workflows.
• Preference for shipping features over leading as a founding engineer or CTO.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end across front-end and back-end code.
• Spend part of each week with internal users, mapping manual processes and turning them into software.
• Build AI-driven features that run in production, treating language models and autonomous agents as core components.
• Help shape the product roadmap alongside product managers and business stakeholders.
• Use AI coding tools day to day, deciding when to write code by hand, particularly for access control and data modeling.
