Job summary

Raydar is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to own major product areas for its AI-powered platform serving private markets investors. You will shape the roadmap with customers and the product manager, shipping features end-to-end with AI-assisted coding.

You’ll collaborate with sales and customer success to translate finance professionals' needs into robust software, working with staff engineers to grow your codebase over time. Hybrid in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production software experience as a true full-stack engineer.
• AI-native: use agents to write and review code.
• Degree in computer science or an engineering field.
• Strong startup rationale and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end and drive its roadmap with customers and the PM.
• Ship across the full stack, including frontend, backend and migrations, with AI-assisted coding.
• Write and review technical design docs; use AI agents to review code (10–20% of time).
• Work directly with customers, sales, and customer success to translate needs into product.
