Job summary

iServ Group, a multi-brand hospitality company, seeks a Sonny’s BBQ Restaurant Team Lead to guide shifts, uphold guest satisfaction, and coach teammates. You’ll manage opening/closing, monitor safety, and foster a welcoming culture while aligning with iServ’s mission and values.

A minimum of 1 year in leadership in a high-volume restaurant is required, with a flexible schedule and reliable transport. Competitive hourly pay of $17–$18, on-site duties, and benefits are provided, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-serve restaurant leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Strong focus on guest experience and hospitality.
• Reliable, organized leader who communicates well and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing responsibilities for the store and assist the Management Team in overseeing store operations
• Lead shifts with energy, clarity, and a commitment to excellence in both service and operations
• Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike
• Model and reinforce iServ’s mission, values, and culture in every interaction
• Promotes a culture that inspires improvement; continually develops and mentors team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their success
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
• Communicate effectively with management on team performance and opportunities
• Jump in where needed—whether assisting guests, running POS, or supporting the kitchen
