Job summary

Lake Air Products in Roseville, MN is seeking a results-driven HR Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across roles from entry-level manufacturing to leadership. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers from initial contact to onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR/Recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to support multiple shifts as needed.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, external staffing partners, etc.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP, ADP, MS Office Suite and external recruiting platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to the team.
• Willingness to travel to Roseville, MN facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions from entry-level manufacturing to executive leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill critical positions.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, staffing agencies, career fairs, and other channels.
• Manage recruiting workflows, including postings, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding readiness.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and track progress in ATS/HRIS.
• Represent Lake Air at hiring events and campus outreach to strengthen employer brand.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recruiting metrics and ensuring compliance.
