Apogee Enterprises, Inc in Monett, MO is seeking a Recruiter to support our Architectural Metals segment. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to develop recruiting strategies and manage full lifecycle recruitment for production hourly roles.

This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent, optimizing candidate experience, and reporting on recruiting metrics. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ATS experience with Workday etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies across channels.
• Advise managers on talent landscape and sourcing options.
• Manage external search firms when applicable.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Track recruiting metrics and report findings.
