Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition across manufacturing operations. This role covers hourly, skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, ATS maintenance, and collaboration with HR to drive workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of EEO regulations and employment law compliance.
• Experience with Federal & State employment laws, including hiring, interviewing, and record retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, trade schools, community organizations, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, extend employment offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Attend job fairs, industry events, workforce development programs, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting projects and process improvements.
