Staffmark Group is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter for our Boston team. You will manage sales and recruiting for the assigned market, build your own book of business, and focus on professional level placements while exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in full cycle recruiting and sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a candidate pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and recruiting tools.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and close new business while expanding footprint with existing customers.
• Recruit, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates for permanent placement with clients.
• Negotiate written agreements and ensure proper execution of contracts with clients.
• Develop recruiting programs to attract talented candidates to openings.
• Enhance company image through relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
