Hunter Hamilton is hiring a Full Desk Recruiter for our Northeast team. The role focuses on sales and service for professional level positions, performing both sales and recruiting functions while managing your own book of business to exceed KPI targets.

The ideal candidate will be KPI and metric driven with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a background in staffing, accounting, and finance a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in business development and account management
• Develop recruiting programs that will attract talented candidates to openings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of financial and business principles.
• Experience in the professional staffing industry; Accounting/Finance experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
