About the Opportunity

ttg Talent Solutions helps companies build their teams through recruiting and workforce solutions. We are hiring a Business Development Representative / Recruiter whose immediate priority is to win new clients and generate qualified job orders, with a strong focus on permanent placements and profitable staffing opportunities.

Role Overview

This is a Full-Desk role combining business development with hands-on recruiting from the start. You will spend most of your initial effort opening doors, meeting decision-makers, and converting opportunities into business, while also sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates on assigned searches. Recruiting remains an ongoing responsibility as your client portfolio grows.

What You Will Do - New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue prospective clients aligned with ttg's target industries, delivery capabilities, and profitability goals. Build and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
  • Generate meetings through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and in-person visits. Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence and a visible presence in the Miami market.
  • Lead discovery and intake conversations to understand hiring needs, decision-makers, budgets, compensation, timelines, and candidate requirements. Qualify opportunities before committing delivery resources.
  • Present ttg's services, address objections, and advance opportunities through approved proposals, signed client agreements, and qualified job orders. Support pricing and terms within ttg's approval process.
  • Stay involved through candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements. Secure timely client feedback, resolve obstacles, and develop repeat business from the relationships you help build.
Recruiting and Delivery
  • Personally manage assigned searches, including sourcing, screening, structured interviews, candidate evaluation, presentation, offer coordination, and placement follow-up.
  • Validate candidate qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and interest before submission. Use ttg OPT to present well-supported candidate recommendations.
  • Use candidate conversations and market research to advise clients, refine search expectations, expand your network, and identify new business opportunities.
Execution and Accountability
  • Maintain accurate, timely prospect, client, candidate, and activity records in JobAdder. Document responsibilities and contributions to support follow-up and commission attribution.
  • Follow ttg's intake and recruiting workflows, use approved AI and sourcing tools, and collaborate with recruiting colleagues and leadership to move opportunities through to results.
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development, including proactive prospecting, winning new clients, and converting relationships into revenue.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the confidence to engage hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Willingness and ability to personally execute recruiting alongside sales, assess candidate fit, and stay accountable for delivery.
  • Commercial judgment to evaluate opportunity quality, realistic hiring requirements, pricing, and margin potential.
  • Consistent follow-through, resilience, organization, and ownership of results; comfort using CRM or ATS systems, data, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English, regular on-site availability in Coral Gables, and ability to attend local client meetings and networking activities.
Preferred Experience

Staffing, recruiting, or professional-services sales; hands-on recruiting or Full-Desk experience; an established South Florida business network; and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, or JobAdder. Spanish is a plus.

How Success Is Measured

Results include new productive client accounts, qualified orders that convert into placements, collected margin, repeat business, and recruiting delivery quality. Pipeline progress, client engagement, follow-through, and accurate records support these outcomes. Specific targets are established with management.

What ttg Offers
  • Guaranteed draw against commissions with performance-based earning potential, under ttg's written compensation agreement and Commission Policy.
  • Access to JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled tools, and ttg OPT, with recruiting and operational collaboration to support client delivery.
