LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a senior recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for engineering roles supporting our engineering division's client commitments. You will partner with the VP of Sales and lead client engagements, coordinating directly with hiring managers rather than a sourcing team.

This role requires 3-7 years of hands-on technical engineering recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of closing hard-to-fill roles.

Formación

• Full-desk recruiting experience working directly with clients, not only sourcing or recruiting support.
• 3-7 years of hands-on technical engineering experience, so you can speak credibly with engineers and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting a sales or business development function, ideally in a services or consulting environment.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing multiple open roles at once.
• Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Proven sourcing skills, including Boolean search and use of LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability; able to recognize when to take initiative and when to ask for support.
• Highly organized individual who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team.
• Ability to adhere to LAUNCH's mission and values.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-desk recruiting from intake through offer and close for engineering roles tied to client work.
• Work directly with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Partner with the VP of Sales to understand pipeline, client requirements, and priorities, and to plan staffing for deals as they close.
• Advise sales and clients on market compensation, talent availability, and realistic hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, including technical screening against engineering criteria.
• Build and maintain a network of engineering talent, with a focus on aviation and aerospace where relevant.
• Manage pipelines and client communication, and report on hiring progress, forecasts, and capacity.
