Requirements include 3–7 years of hands-on technical engineering recruiting, strong client-facing skills, and experience supporting sales or business development.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of hands-on technical engineering recruiting experience.
• Experience working directly with clients and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting a sales or business development function.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, including Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Own full-desk recruiting from intake through offer and close for engineering roles tied to client work.
• Define role requirements, scope, and timelines with clients and hiring managers.
• Partner with the VP of Sales to understand pipeline, client requirements, and priorities for staffing deals.
• Advise sales and clients on market compensation, talent availability, and realistic hiring timelines.
