Job summary

Capstone is seeking a recruiter in Aurora, Colorado to drive full life cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs. You will build an ongoing pipeline and provide expert consultation to managers as roles evolve.

Qualifications

• .3+ years recruiting experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; college degree preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ADP products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry load of multiple requisitions.
• Meet quality of hire and closing goals of department; develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize multiple recruiting strategies to search, develop and deliver candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide recruiting support to management and field personnel on a range of topics.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, programs, and procedures.
