Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter - IHA to manage full-cycle recruitment on-site in Westminster, CO. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while partnering with hiring managers and community partners.

Weekly client visits and recruitment events are part of the role, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will utilize ATS tools, stay informed on local market trends, and contribute to sales activity to expand opportunities within the ManpowerGroup

Qualifications

1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with ATS (Taleo/Avature/JobApp/Bullhorn) preferred.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
