Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across the United States. The role is hybrid and based out of the Sidney, OH office, reporting to the North America & Europe TA Manager.

You’ll design sourcing strategies, partner with HR and managers, and drive talent acquisition for salaried roles. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a hunter mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent
• Hunter mentality with effective sourcing and recruiting
• Experience using diverse sourcing and recruiting tools
• Ability to align TA objectives with business priorities
• Meticulous with project and time management; meeting deadlines/SLA's
• Experience in high-volume, matrixed environments with analytics-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels
• Ability to prioritize and deliver top results quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle salaried recruiting across the United States, including screening, interviewing, offers & hires
• Design and implement a recruiting strategy for salaried professional roles
• Collaborate with TA team, managers and HR to communicate strategy and culture
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR as a trusted partner
• Maintain relationships with professional organizations to improve brand and pipelines
• Provide a great candidate and hiring team experience with innovative ideas
• Conduct market research and share talent intelligence to improve competitiveness
• Proficient with recruiting tools and HRIS (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ)
