Copeland, a global climate technology leader, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across the United States. This hybrid role is based in Copeland's Sidney, OH office, with in-person collaboration three days a week to drive hiring.

You will design sourcing strategies, partner with HR and managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while building strong pipelines with schools and professional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in professional recruiting.
• Experience designing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to build relationships with managers and HR.
• Strong time-management and SLA-driven performance.

• Lead full-cycle salaried recruiting across the United States.
