Copeland in Sidney, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across the United States, shape sourcing strategies, and directly influence how we attract and hire top talent. This high-impact role sits in our Global Talent Acquisition COE and reports to the TA Manager for North America & Europe.

The position is hybrid, based at Copeland's Sidney campus, with in-office days three times per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of professional recruiting experience and ability to build/execute sourcing strategies.
• Hunter mentality with proven success in active/passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience using multiple recruiting tools to identify and engage candidates.
• Ability to align TA team objectives with business priorities to drive performance.
• Meticulous time management and project management skills with track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience in analytics-driven decision making and high-level searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle salaried recruiting across the United States, including marketing jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and hires.
• Design and implement a recruiting strategy for salaried roles.
• Collaborate with TA, managers, and HR to communicate company strategy, structure, products, and culture.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR, acting as a trusted talent partner.
• Maintain relations with professional organizations and schools to strengthen pipelines.
• Provide an excellent candidate and hiring team experience with innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and share talent intelligence to improve competitiveness.
• Proficient with recruiting tools and HRIS (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ).
