E80 Group is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and Canada and strengthen our employer brand.

You will partner with hiring managers, universities, and industry organizations to attract top talent in a competitive market. The role reports to the Director, People USCA and is based in the Chicago area with a hybrid schedule (minimum four days in the office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, automation, engineering, logistics, or industrial industries.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnership mindset with a customer-service approach.
• Experience with oversight and coordination of external recruiting partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, operations, and corporate positions.
• Partner with People Director and hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
• Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines through the hiring process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and market trends.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
