Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Power Plant Operations, Corporate units, and subsidiaries. You will consult with hiring managers, HR, and leaders to craft effective hiring strategies and guide openings from intake to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will independently manage complex searches, build stakeholder relationships, and confidently recommend alternative approaches when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent recruiting or HR experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably technical or specialized positions.
• Experience recruiting within power generation, energy, utilities, or engineered environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions independently from intake to hire.
• Experience recruiting at multiple organizational levels, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers and HR partners on position requirements, compensation, and market conditions.
• Develop strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and identify alternative sourcing approaches.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, HR, and external talent sources to ensure credibility.
• Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract strong candidates.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, operational, and leadership roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates and teams.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in coordination with hiring managers and HR.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.
• Stay current on labor market trends and recruiting technology.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and improve candidate experience.
• Support talent programs and campus partnerships as needed.
