Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking aRecruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Power Plant Operations, Corporate units, and subsidiaries. You will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and HR, developing effective recruiting strategies and advising on market conditions.

The ideal candidate will independently manage complex searches, source passive talent, and challenge assumptions to optimize hiring outcomes. Travel to events and partnerships may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in power generation, energy, utilities, industrial or technical environments preferred.
• Able to independently manage multiple requisitions and complex searches.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Advise hiring managers on requirements, compensation, market conditions, and strategy.
• Develop strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and identify sourcing approaches.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, HR, leaders, candidates, and external sources.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruit metrics.
