In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our CEO, Regional Business Directors, and business leaders—anticipating hiring needs, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and securing top-tier talent to support our rapid growth.Key Responsibilities:- Build trusted relationships with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage and continuously improve the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Craft creative and targeted hiring campaigns beyond traditional job boards, using social media, talent communities, and innovative approaches.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network through diverse channels to support current and future hiring needs.
- Develop robust candidate evaluation methods that assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Maintain and grow proactive talent pipelines to ensure readiness for future opportunities.
Requirements:- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for agency backgrounds handling both global MSP and full-time roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Familiarity with multiple interview formats, including phone screenings, panel interviews, group sessions, and competency assessments.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
