As a strategic talent partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with technical leaders, and continuously refine processes while leveraging data to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.

• Understand candidate motivations to guide decisions throughout the process.
• Operate with urgency while maintaining quality and sound judgement.
• Refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and velocity.
• Leverage data to improve ROI, conversions, and pipeline health.
• Identify candidates through creative sourcing strategies and networks.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities
