Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for a well-established manufacturing organization. You will partner with leadership to attract top talent across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines while continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent market trends, and recruiting strategies.

• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and candidate experience initiatives.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent market trends, and recruiting strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
