Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles in Aventura, FL. This onsite role partners with the VP of People & Culture to build candidate pipelines, align with role requirements, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer.

The candidate will manage multiple open roles, maintain ATS data, and help refine job descriptions and interview materials to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and MS Office.
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple functions (clinical, sales, marketing, corporate).
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and interview decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and assist with job descriptions.
• Balance priorities across multiple open roles while staying organized.
