Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment focusing on RN and allied health professionals.
• At least 5+ years in a managerial capacity leading recruitment teams in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with leadership and employees; provide strategic guidance.
• Negotiate and manage complex vendor relationships with KPI delivery.
• Lead large-scale recruitment for growth, including executive searches.
• Develop recruitment strategies to improve retention and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; oversee onboarding.
