10X Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. You will build and manage candidate pipelines, work with hiring managers to define requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and MS Office.
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit individuals across multiple roles and functions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using job boards, outbound sourcing, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates on candidate flow, and support interview decisions.
